Join us for a learning opportunity with
the Pennsylvania Cultural Data Project!

Dear Colleague,

We are excited to come to Pittsburgh to lead a learning session on the Pennsylvania Cultural Data Project! Now that the Cultural Data Project is active in eight states, we have learned much on how organizations of different shapes and sizes best use the system. During this session we will discuss how organizations enter their organizational data into the system (with an emphasis on small organizations) and also review the ways in which your organization can benefit from its participation with the Cultural Data Project.

If you have any questions or have specific issues you would like to cover, please feel free to contact Flo Gardner at 215-575-4897 or via email at fgardner@pewtrusts.org.

Refreshments will be served.

Pennsylvania Cultural Data Project

The Pennsylvania Cultural Data Project is a powerful, online management tool designed to strengthen arts and cultural organizations. This unique system allows users to track their own financial and programmatic performance over time and to benchmark themselves against comparable organizations in specific disciplines, geographic regions and budget sizes. Through the Pennsylvania CDP Help Desk, organizations have immediate access to free on-call technical assistance and a team of non-profit financial consultants. Pennsylvania CDP is available to large and small organizations, including those with 501(c)3 status, cultural programs within non-arts organizations, organizations using fiscal conduits, and even unincorporated collectives and festivals at no cost.

By participating in the Pennsylvania CDP, you will be part of a successful and growing project that will allow the arts community as a whole to better articulate and provide evidence for the sector's assets and needs, as well as its contributions to the state and the country.
